Confidentiality and security
POWERPPV will take appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data and will ensure that people authorised to process it are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Sub-processors
The Event Organiser gives general authorisation for POWERPPV to use service providers necessary to operate the platform, including hosting, streaming/video infrastructure, security, communications and payment-related providers. POWERPPV will place appropriate data-protection obligations on sub-processors where required and remains responsible for its processor obligations.

Organiser obligations
The Event Organiser is responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data it controls, giving required privacy information, issuing lawful instructions, responding to individuals where it is the controller and ensuring its use of POWERPPV complies with data-protection and direct-marketing law.
POWERPPV as controller
These processor terms do not apply to processing for which POWERPPV determines its own purposes and means, such as certain account administration, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance and POWERPPV's own financial/transaction records. That processing is covered by the POWERPPV Privacy Policy.
